Growing up in Western New York, I think buffalo everything will always be one of my favorite snacks. Wings? YES. Buffalo Chicken Dip? Please. Toss some Frank’s on roasted veggies? For sure. But these healthy buffalo chicken celery sticks are so easy and so good! I love my wings with a side of celery to dip in the leftover buffalo sauce and blue cheese. So this is the perfect combo in my opinion. I swapped out the cream cheese in a lot of buffalo chicken dip/topping recipes for greek yogurt and it is still amazing! So if you’re looking for a slightly healthier option as an easy to put together snack for Super Bowl Sunday – this is one to add to your list for sure!
You can make your life extra easy by just using a rotisserie chicken – I always do this hahah. And you can easy make a larger batch if you have a larger gathering or want some leftovers!
