This baked Boursin cheese is seriously addicting and so simple to make! I’ve seen variations of this recipe floating around the internet for a while and over the holidays decided to try it out at one of our family get togethers. Everyone loved it and it was finished off in no time!
I planned on sharing this before the super bowl, just to give you another option for your game day menu. However, we’ve been having server issues for a while and recently couldn’t post for a bit! But maybe it’s better this way, you can just enjoy this on your own and not have to share with everyone – haha!
I have a thing for baked cheese. And hot honey. So it’s no surprise that this warm, melty, cheesy appetizer won me over. I love how simple it is to make too. Serve it up with crostini, bagel chips or crackers and you have an easy to make appetizer that’s sure to be a crowd pleaser!

Does it matter what flavor Boursin cheese I use?
You can make this with any variety of Boursin cheese. I’ve tried it with a couple different ones. My favorite is the garlic and herb.
Should I use homemade hot honey or store bought?
Either option is great! I’ve made hot honey, and it’s very easy to do. I’ve also used store bought, and enjoy that too. Do what works for you! (I found little jars of it at Walmart, and they’re a good option if you only need it for this recipe!)
Do I need to use rosemary?
I love rosemary, so I think it’s a very tasty addition. But this will still be so delicious without it. So if you aren’t a fan, feel free to leave it out.
