I’ve been trying to eat healthier lately and as someone who always eat sweets after every meal, trying to cut sweets down has been the most difficult. These frozen peanut butter whips might not be “healthy” but they’re way better options than the chocolates and gummies and sweets I was eating before. They’re pretty quick to make and then you’ll have them in your freezer whenever you have a craving for something sweet!
Plus what’s better than peanut butter and whipped cream?! I mean I’m also definitely one of those people that has to pop by the fridge and spray the whipped cream can directly in my mouth every few trips to the kitchen. Hahaha! And peanut butter everything, always. I have been eating a lot of this peanut butter granola lately. I even introduced my grandpa to it and he’s been loving it! So I’ve been making batches to share with him while I’m in Florida.
I’ve also been trying to use powdered peanut butter in shakes so they have a little less fat in them. Which that is a great option and what I used in this recipe! Although you can make it with regular creamy peanut butter as well if you want!
